Terms & Conditions

1. You will be entitled for Free Shipping based on the determined minimum Nett Purchase Amount and region specified otherwise Standard Shipping Fee will be applicable based on region and Nett Purchase Amount below:

2. Your Order will be delivered to you via the service of a courier service company of our choice. We only ship to street address within Malaysia - West Malaysia (Peninsular) & East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan).

3. We do not accept delivery to P.O. Box addresses and it might not be possible for delivery to some locations within the aforesaid areas in certain circumstances. If delivery to some locations is not possible, we may contact you to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.

4. We do not allow amendment of Shipment Address once an order is confirmed via our online store to avoid fraudulent transactions. Thus please check your order Shipment Address carefully before your order is confirmed. You can only change your Shipping Address before you place your order. Once payment has been completed successfully, no changes can be made.

5. We will not be liable for any loss and/or damages arises for the order delivery due to inaccurate Shipping Address specified and provided by you as stated in the Order Confirmation.

6. All orders will be shipped (depends on product availability) via Registered Standard Shipping on business day (Monday to Friday) with an estimated delivery time of 3-11 business days for none festive season.

7. We shall use reasonable endeavors to deliver Products of acceptable quality to the Shipping Address specified and provided by you but we cannot guarantee any firm delivery time and we shall not be liable for any delay in its delivery services, if the delay has been due to causes beyond our control.

8. Shipping may take additional time during sale periods, holidays and extreme weather events.

9. We will be shipping all orders from Selangor. Thus the delivery lead times will be based on location. Delivery areas further away from Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur/ Petaling Jaya) and rural addresses will result in longer lead times.

10. Once your order has been shipped, a Shipment Confirmation email inclusive of Tracking Number will be provided for online delivery tracking of your package delivery information. We are currently only able to deliver to one delivery address per order.

11. All orders require package receiver's signatory upon delivery. If you are not there to sign for your order, we will attempt for second delivery. We will not be liable of any cost of damage and/or loss, whether directly or indirectly arising in storage of items during the waiting period. If both deliveries failed (1st and 2nd attempt), the order will be cancelled.

12. If you are not personally available to accept delivery, a representative may accept delivery on behalf of you provided always that the said representative must be over 18 years of age and capable of receiving the delivery. You or your representative may be required to produce proof of identity on delivery or collection of Products and all deliveries shall be signed off by you or your representative on the delivery invoices.

13. If delivery is delayed due to your undue delay or unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if you failed or refused to collect the Products within specified date from the date of second notification, the Order will be deemed void and has no further effect but you shall bear all the relevant cost incurred by us (including but not limited to the delivery cost and administrative charges). This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance, the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

14. We reserve the right to withhold delivery of the products to you if we have any doubts or whatever as to your credit worthiness or insufficient identification.

15. By placing an order with us, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of return shipping to us (* Refer to Return, Refund And Exchange Policy for terms and conditions apply). This also applies to any shipments that are rejected by you during delivery.

16. Due to international aviation restrictions, fragrances and home scents CANNOT be shipped under any circumstances via air freight postage.
